Still Sick and Sick Skin

I’ve spent the weekend feeling much worse then I felt when I went to see my doctor for the strep throat infection. I simply didn’t have the strength to post or add any new reviews to distressedDERMA.com. I’m still feeling icky and my skin is acting up – the same area near my cheek where two pimples started – those are gone but now I have three tiny ones super close to each other. One of those three started out big but after spot treating it with the Zeno MD it is now just a tiny bump. I am positive that the condition of my skin now is related to my crappy diet during the first days of my strep infection. I had the acne under control and was pimple free for four weeks and then bam there they are – after a few days of eating refined sugars and other junky foods. UGH!!!
