I’m always in need of really good concealer products because I have really dark under eye circles and my skin is far from perfect. So concealer is my friend. Unfortunately I made a terrible friend in the form of the ghastly twist-up pen style Revlon Skinlights Illusion Wand. I do believe that it is the worst concealer I have ever used.
When I first used this Revlon concealer a clear white fluid (water I hope) squirted out. After a few more twists of the pen a glob of ivory concealer glistened in the middle of the brush tip ( I did like that part- I always I apply concealer with a brush for a more natural look – so Revlon got points for product development.). I proceeded to apply the concealer to my under eye area. The concealer was incredibly dry and had a very thick consistency which made application difficult. By the time I was done – the areas under my eyes looked like I had used a skip trowel to apply my make-up. Worst of all, instead of brightening and illuminating my face with a youthful glow the Revlon Skinlights concealer really accentuated the fine lines under my eyes.
The experience was a terrible one and that’s when I realized why Revlon’s Skinlights Illusion Wand was in the clearance bin.

I like the Physician’s Formula Circle Rx concealer for under eyes. It works without giving me the racoon effect.
