They're inexpensive and effective at soaking up oil. I rather use the oil blotting tissues instead of loading up on powder. Using powder to absorb oil-breakthrough eventually leads to that unattractive caked on, dried out skin look that serves as a magnifying glass to accentuate wrinkles, pimples and scars.
