It’s swimming weather and once you hit the beach or pool your everyday foundation simply won’t hold up – unless it’s sweat-proof and water-proof. We tried five different waterproof foundations and only three made the cut. Those are:
- Make Up Forever Face ($38) – also works really well to cover little spots and spider veins on body.
- Clinique Almost Makeup with SPF 15 ($19.50) – good for those with oily skin – has a sheer finish so not a lot of coverage but does well at covering slight redness and combined with a great concealer like Vincent Longo gives a nice finish.
- Era Face Spray Foundation ($55) – airbrush style foundation that gives a nice water resistant finish. Coverage is good enough for those with blemish-prone skin or rosacea.
